8 HV power_in High-voltage start-up / Dynamic Self-Supply pin. Connects to the bulk capacitor or the rectified AC line to perform Start-up Current Source and Dynamic Self-Supply of VCC. Absolute max 500 V. Pin 7 is intentionally omitted to provide creepage between HV and VCC.
