6 SW output Switch node - source of the integrated high-side N-channel MOSFET and cathode of the external freewheeling Schottky diode. Connect to the external inductor and the low side of the boost capacitor. Carries the chopped inductor current (up to 1.3 A peak current limit); route as a short, wide trace to minimize EMI.
