Texas Instruments · Low-voltage RRIO op-amp (single) · SOT-23-5

A single low-voltage operational amplifier in the tiny SOT-23-5, the go-to when you need one op-amp in the smallest space on a 3.3 V or 5 V board. Its output swings rail to rail, it works from a single 2.7 to 5.5 V supply, and its 1 MHz gain-bandwidth and 1 V/us slew rate cover sensor buffering, filtering, and level scaling. Because it comes one-per-package it fits a single gain stage without wasting half of a dual op-amp. Pinout is IN+, GND (V-), IN-, OUT, VCC+ (V+).
