IRF3205

Infineon · MOSFET · TO-220

The IRF3205 is a 55 V N-channel power MOSFET with low 8 mOhm on-resistance and a high 110 A current rating. Its low Rds(on) and high current handling make it a workhorse for high-current DC switching, motor drives, battery management, and synchronous rectification, in a TO-220 package.
