INA293

Texas Instruments · Current-sense amplifier · SOT-23-5

Measures current through a shunt on a rail as high as 110 V while running off a normal 5 V supply, since its inputs tolerate a common-mode range from -4 to 110 V independent of the supply. That lets it sit high-side on motor, battery-stack, and industrial rails a standard op-amp could not survive. Fixed-gain options from 20 to 200 V/V set the output scale, and a wide bandwidth tracks fast load steps. A rugged high-voltage current monitor in a tiny package.
