6 LV input Low-voltage operation control input. Tie to GND when V+ ≤ 3.5 V to bypass the internal regulator and allow operation down to 1.5 V; leave floating (open) when V+ > 3.5 V. Max input current ILV = 20 µA.
7 OSC bidirectional Oscillator pin. Internally driven at ~10 kHz (typ.) with COSC = 1 pF, V+ = 5 V; may be tied to an external capacitor to lower fOSC or driven from an external clock/oscillator to override the internal timing. Oscillator source impedance ROSC ≈ 100 kΩ at V+ = 5 V (≈ 1 MΩ at V+ = 2 V).
8 V+ power_in Positive supply input, 1.5 V to 9 V (absolute-max V+ to GND = 9 V). Bypass to GND with a 10 µF capacitor. Typical quiescent current IV+ ≈ 65 µA at V+ = 5 V, no load, OSC/LV open.
