A digital relative-humidity and temperature sensor with an I2C interface, in a tiny WSON-6. It measures humidity to about plus/minus 2% RH and temperature to plus/minus 0.2 C, returning both as calibrated 14-bit values over two wires, so a microcontroller reads climate directly with no analog front end. It runs on very little power (a few tenths of a microamp averaged at a low sample rate), which suits battery humidistats, weather nodes, and HVAC sensing, and an on-chip heater can drive off condensation. Runs 2.7-5.5 V. The 3D model shown is a representative 6-pin DFN; the real package is WSON-6 (DMB).
