Single low-noise op-amp with a 180 MHz gain-bandwidth and 3.1 nV/rtHz input noise, in a SOT-23-6. Rail-to-rail output and a wide 2.7 to 10 V supply suit it to buffering ADC drivers and low-level sensor front ends, and a dedicated disable pin drops supply current for power-sensitive designs. A 225 V/us slew rate handles fast edges. The single of the ADA4807 family (dual -2, quad -4).
