A1302

Allegro MicroSystems · Hall-effect sensor · SOT-23W

Outputs an analog voltage proportional to the magnetic field through its face, centered at half the supply and swinging up for one pole and down for the other. Sensitivity is about 1.3 mV per gauss, and because the output is ratiometric to VCC it tracks the supply so an ADC on the same rail reads field directly. It runs from 4.5 to 6 V in a three-lead SOT-23W. A simple analog sensor for position, current (via a magnet), and proximity.
