Rebase retired old-wiki URLs → wiki.adom.inc

The old wiki host (wiki-ufypy5dpx93o.adom.cloud) is retired, but this page still points at it in ~10 places — including every manifest URL in the install tables, so bridge_install from this registry is broken for all listed bridges.

Needs rebasing to wiki.adom.inc:

  • README.md:15 — SDK guide link
  • README.md:23-25 — kicad / fusion360 / puppeteer manifest URLs (/static/apps/adom-desktop/*-bridge-manifest.json)
  • README.md:33-34 — hello-python / hello-rust manifest URLs
  • page.json — mirrored copies of the same links

Also: the new manifest/zip assets must actually exist at their wiki.adom.inc URLs (release re-upload), not just be re-linked. Found while wiring the Puma bridge into the registry flow (drew2/puma-bridge).
