  "readme": "# SOT-23-5\n\nThe SOT-23-5 extends the ubiquitous SOT-23 package from 3 to 5 pins, enabling a much wider range of ICs in the same tiny footprint. At 2.9 x 1.6mm with 0.95mm pitch, it is the standard package for low-dropout regulators (AP2112, MCP1700), voltage references (LM4040), single op-amps (MCP6001), comparators, analog switches, and small logic ICs. The extra two pins allow for input, output, enable, and ground on LDOs — the most common use case.",
