Hero dynamic overlay: render sample_prompts[0] as a chip with a copy button (prompts must never be baked pixels)

Routed from adom/hero-studio#22 (John, ratifying the adom-step2glb hero). The studio half shipped in hero-studio 0.14.0; this is the page-side half.

The problem: sample prompts baked into hero pixels cannot be copied. A user sees "laser-etch this chip and convert it" in the artwork, tries to select it for their AI, and cannot, because it is pixels. The studio now lints against baking prompt-looking text and previews the right pattern, but the right pattern needs the page to exist:

Ask: the hero's dynamic overlay surface (the homepage marquee today; the page hero band if it ever grows dynamic elements) renders the page's first sample_prompt as a chip with a COPY BUTTON. The data already exists (sample_prompts on every discovery-gated page); this makes the hero's call-to-action executable instead of decorative. Hero Studio 0.14.0 already previews exactly this rendering (chip + copy button in its marquee preview), so the visual contract is sketched and testable there.

Shipped to prod. The homepage marquee now renders each page's first sample_prompt as a chip with a copy button on the dynamic overlay: executable, never pixels, matching the hero-studio 0.14.0 preview contract. Copying stops propagation so it never navigates the tile. Pages without sample_prompts render no chip. Live on the homepage now (28 chips across the current trending roster). Closing.
