✓Datasheet: Amphenol RF customer outline drawing SMP-MSCM-PCS12T Rev A (29-JUN-20, ECN 15254), re-downloaded 2026-10-27 from the product page https://www.amphenolrf.com/en-us/part/smp-mscm-pcs12t/8523/ (asset 4067489470): sha256 c81763fffdf1773c, identical to the page's copy
✓BOM: rf-molecules coax-antennuator-molecule-32x32 J1, J2 (bottom side) and coax-molecule-2ch-64x64 J1-J4 use footprint coax:SMP_MSCM_PCS12T (BOM value Conn_Coaxial_Small, no other MPN): this part
✓Pins: 1 CONTACT = centre contact, 2 BODY = body (names from the drawing's materials list); both passive; descriptions rewritten from the drawing, cited p.1
✓Footprint pad 2: on every board placement pad 2's absolute angle minus the footprint angle is +90 deg (mirrored on B.Cu), which the page had lost (its 6.5 mm ground square sat at (-2.7, -2.7) with the slot facing -x). Redrawn as one polygon to the RECOMMENDED PCB LAYOUT: 6.5 mm square centred on the axis, 4.24 mm clearance centred on the axis, 2.73 mm slot from the clearance to the edge facing the centre pad (the board's stroke-built land gives 4.20 and 2.91)
✓Footprint pad 1: 0.63 x 2.03 mm from 2.60 to 4.63 mm from the axis per the layout (centre 3.615; the board had 3.600)
✓3D: Amphenol RF's STP download (asset 4067489468, labelled for SMP-MSCM-PCS-12) redirects to the myAmphenol login and the site has no redistribution licence; KiCad has no SMP model; model built by Adom from the drawing (tier 3, CC-BY-SA-4.0, builder provenance/tools/build_smp-mscm-pcs12t.py): base 6 REF square with corners on the 8 REF circle, body 6 REF, 4.1 REF to the interface plane plus the 0.30 PTFE cap wall (4.40 overall), cap 6.80 dia (measured), tail 0.38 REF wide ending 0.55 REF past the base, seated on z = 0. The previous model was 4.10 tall without the cap wall
✓Pose (step_pose.py, both STEPs): Z-up, seated z = 0, identity binding, centre 0.615 mm from the pad-pattern centre (the pad field includes the centre pad outside the body); MPN etched on the PTFE cap top (adom-chip-laser)
✓DigiKey 115-SMP-MSCM-PCS12TTR-ND (tape and reel, Amphenol RF SMP-MSCM-PCS12T) and Mouser 523-SMP-MSCM-PCS12T, both confirmed by search 2026-10-27
•adom-lbr drops custom-pad primitives, so the .lbr carries pad 2 as its 6.5 x 1.13 mm anchor bar only; KiCad gets the full land
•Boards to update (Caleb): coax-antennuator-molecule-32x32 J1, J2 and coax-molecule-2ch-64x64 J1-J4 keep the stroke-built ground land (4.20 clearance, 2.91 slot), pad 1 at 3.600, and scale their 3D model 1.6 x 1.6 x 1
✓Symbol Datasheet / MPN / Manufacturer / DigiKey / Mouser / LCSC properties agree with page.json; footprint Datasheet property points at the manufacturer datasheet URL
✓component-page-verify: all checks pass

•The board footprint scales its 3D model by 1.6x; KiCad STEP export ignores model scale, so the extracted model here is the unscaled geometry. Check the body size against the Amphenol drawing.

SymbolFootprint3D modelPinsfor all variants

✓Footprint extracted pad-for-pad from the source board and normalized to the footprint frame (back-side parts un-mirrored)
✓3D model seated z=0 at footprint origin (placement inverse; method centroid-matched to KiCad library models on 59 cases)
✓adom-lbr generate + lint passed
✓2 of 2 pins described
•Not yet checked by a person: land pattern vs datasheet, pin-1/orientation, 3D body vs drawing
