✓Datasheet: Polytronics Revision L (2019/07/24), downloaded 2026-10-27 from the SMD product table on www.pttc.com.tw (Polytronics Technology Corp.); replaces the JLCPCB copy of the older Revision K (2017/01/03)
✓SMD1206P050TF/15 row on p.2: Ihold 0.50 A, Itrip 1.00 A, Vmax 15 V, Imax 100 A, Pd 0.6 W, trip 0.10 s at 8.00 A, Rmin 0.150 Ohm, R1max 0.750 Ohm; marking "5" (p.11)
✓Pins: non-polarized two-terminal PPTC with no pin numbering in the datasheet; library convention numbers 1/2 with empty names; both passive
✓Footprint vs the Recommended Pad Layout (p.11): pads 1.00 x 1.80 mm with a 1.80 mm gap; the footprint has pads 1.00 x 1.80 mm at +/-1.40 mm (gap 1.80), an exact match; terminations (D 0.25-0.75 mm at each end of A 3.00-3.40) sit inside the pads
✓3D body 3.20 x 1.60 x 0.55 mm against A 3.00-3.40, B 1.50-1.80, C 0.45-0.75 for SMD1206P050TF/15 (p.9); Z-up, seated on z = 0, centred on the pads
•DigiKey and Mouser: not carried (searched 2026-10-27)

SymbolFootprint3D modelPinsfor all variants

✓Footprint extracted pad-for-pad from the source board and normalized to the footprint frame (back-side parts un-mirrored)
✓3D model seated z=0 at footprint origin (placement inverse; method centroid-matched to KiCad library models on 59 cases)
✓adom-lbr generate + lint passed
✓2 of 2 pins described
•Not yet checked by a person: land pattern vs datasheet, pin-1/orientation, 3D body vs drawing
