  • ✓Manufacturer: R+O is the brand of Zhuhai Hongjiacheng Technology Co., Ltd (R+O / 宏嘉诚科技 logo and company footer on every page of the datasheet; the maker's own site www.ichjc.com lists SMBJ6.0A, links it to LCSC C19077560, the part number on this page, and serves this datasheet from its download button)
  • •Datasheet: Rev 2.0 (PDF dated 2025-04-24) downloaded 2026-10-27 from the URL behind the www.ichjc.com download button (static.szlcsc.com/ecp/assets/hjc/new-pdf/en/SMBJ SERIES.pdf; the maker's site is hosted on that CDN). The page previously carried a JLCPCB copy marked Rev 2.1 whose text is identical apart from added uni/bi-directional symbol captions on p.1; the manufacturer's own link still serves Rev 2.0
  • ✓SMBJ6.0A row on p.2: uni-directional, marking KG, VRWM 6.0 V, VBR 6.67-7.37 V at IT 10 mA, VC 10.3 V at IPP 58.25 A, IR 800 uA
  • ✓Pins: the datasheet has no pin table; pin 1 K = cathode (band end), pin 2 A = anode, from the package outline (p.2), which marks the cathode band for uni-directional products; SMBJ6.0A is listed as uni-directional (p.2). Both passive. Descriptions rewritten from p.2
  • ✓Footprint vs the SMB/DO-214AA land dimensions (p.2): pads 2.50 x 2.30 mm at 4.30 mm centres; pad length 2.50 >= J 2.10 min, pad width 2.30 >= M 2.26 min, gap 1.80 <= K 2.74 max; pads span 0.90-3.40 mm from centre and cover the leads (G 5.08-5.59, E 0.75-1.52, lead width A 1.85-2.21). Pad 1 (x = -2.15) is the cathode
  • ✓3D body 5.30 x 3.55 x 2.15 mm against G 5.08-5.59, C 3.30-3.94, D 2.15-2.65 (height at the minimum); moulded body 4.86 mm long against B 4.25-4.85 (0.01 mm over, rounding); lead width 2.00 within A; cathode band on the top face at x -2.26 to -1.66, the pad 1 end; Z-up, seated on z = 0
  • •DigiKey and Mouser: not carried (no R+O / Hongjiacheng SMBJ6.0A listed; searched 2026-10-27)
  • ✓Symbol Datasheet / MPN / Manufacturer / DigiKey / Mouser / LCSC properties agree with page.json; footprint Datasheet property points at the manufacturer datasheet URL
  • ✓component-page-verify: all checks pass

  • ✓Footprint extracted pad-for-pad from the source board and normalized to the footprint frame (back-side parts un-mirrored)
  • ✓3D model seated z=0 at footprint origin (placement inverse; method centroid-matched to KiCad library models on 59 cases)
  • ✓adom-lbr generate + lint passed
  • ✓2 of 2 pins described from the datasheet (adom-ds2sf, page-cited)
  • •Not yet checked by a person: land pattern vs datasheet, pin-1/orientation, 3D body vs drawing
