Install/auth: prompt user to select org when Claude account has multiple orgs
During HD install, the Claude Code auth flow gets stuck waiting for the "Authorize" button. The cause: my Claude account belongs to two orgs, so Claude shows a "Select organization" screen first ("Select which organization you would like to connect with Claude Code"), listing both orgs (e.g. "Adom" and "[email protected]'s Organization"). The Authorize button only appears after an org is picked.
HD sat on "Waiting for the 'Authorize' button to appear (page loading)… (0s · browser in front)" indefinitely because it doesn't account for this intermediate step.
Ask: HD should detect the org-selection screen and prompt the user to pick an org before it starts polling for the Authorize button (or surface the page so the user knows action is needed).
