dock: parts search first, then kicad and fusion; drop the project manager
John 2026-08-26: Adom Project Manager is not shipping at launch, so it comes out
of the dock rather than sitting there as a promise. The three that matter most
now lead the featured row: Parts Search, then KiCad, then Fusion.
featured and order live ONLY in this curated manifest, so this file is the only
place the change can be made; reordering the array in the app's own dock-apps
list has no effect on the rail.
