Add hydrogen-adom-bridge-triage skill: diagnose ab crash-on-boot from a bad release
Adds the triage ladder for 'Adom Bridge will not connect', built from a live
incident where ab 2.0.91 panicked on startup and was respawned ~367 times,
which from the container was indistinguishable from 'never installed'.
Key guidance: read %LOCALAPPDATA%\Adom Bridge\crash.log (and its mtime)
BEFORE touching any config; use Hydrogen's control API and WSL2 interop as
out-of-band channels while ab is dead; compare the installed build against
the wiki and install the newer release. Also documents the config changes
NOT to make while guessing (notably register_container when Hydrogen already
manages ab) and how to fully revert one, including bridge.last_slug.
