dock: stop shadowing kicad and fusion dock.json with a dead CLI

The inline launch blocks for kicad, fusion and pup all called adom-desktop, renamed to adom-bridge-cli on 2026-08-08. All three cards failed on click. kicad and fusion already publish correct dock.json manifests (1.1.0) that install their package and serve their new dashboards, so their inline blocks are removed and each app's own manifest takes over. pup publishes none yet, so it degrades to its wiki page instead of erroring; tracked as an issue. Also documents the precedence trap that caused this: an inline launch here always wins, so pinning one freezes an app's launch behavior.
