27 Oct 2026Claude, at Caleb Taylor's requestValidated against Mini-Circuits EP2RKU+ datasheet (REV. B, ECO-012024, 2025-09-04), case style DG1677-2 and layout 98-PL-648 rev ORfiles match

✓Datasheet: the page already carries Mini-Circuits' current edition (REV. B, ECO-012024, dated 250904); sha256 915836da matches minicircuits.com/pdfs/EP2RKU+.pdf fetched 2026-10-27
✓All 33 pads match the PAD CONNECTIONS table (p.2) by number and name: RF IN 21, RF OUT 1 12, RF OUT 2 29, GROUND 11/13/20/22/28/30 and the paddle (33), NOT USED (ground externally) 1-10, 14-19, 23-27, 31-32. Names already matched; descriptions re-cited from p.1 to p.2 (the table is on PDF page 2) and RF pins 12, 21, 29 described
✓Pin types: GROUND pads and paddle power_in; RF IN / RF OUT 1 / RF OUT 2 passive (passive GaAs splitter/combiner, ports work in both directions); NOT USED pads passive, not no_connect, because the datasheet says to ground them externally (was input on every pin)
✓Pad 1 corner: footprint numbers counter-clockwise from pin 1 at the top of the left column (1-8 left, 9-16 bottom, 17-24 right, 25-32 top), as the DG1677-2 outline (pin 1 index, pin 32 adjacent). 98-PL-648 draws the same package rotated 90° (PIN 1 at the right end of the top row, RF IN bottom, RF OUT 1 left, RF OUT 2 right), which is exactly where pads 21, 12 and 29 land after that rotation
•Footprint vs DG1677-2 suggested land pattern: 32 pads 0.30 x 0.89 mm (P 0.30, Q 0.89) at 0.50 mm pitch (K), pad rows at +-2.45 mm = 4.90 mm centre to centre (L = M = 4.90), thermal pad 2.79 x 2.79 mm (N = R = 2.79); pads 7, 10, 18, 31 sit 0.008 mm off the row line (negligible); the land pattern's S = 0.20 x 45° corner chamfer on the thermal pad is not drawn
✓3D body 5.00 x 5.00 x 0.90 mm against A = B = 5.00, C 0.80 to 1.00 mm (DG1677-2); Z-up, seated on z = 0, centred on the pads
✓DigiKey 3157-EP2RKU+TR-ND and Mouser 139-EP2RKU+ confirmed by part lookup 2026-10-27 (Mini-Circuits EP2RKU+)
✓Symbol Datasheet / MPN / Manufacturer / DigiKey / Mouser / LCSC properties agree with page.json; footprint Datasheet property points at the manufacturer datasheet URL
✓component-page-verify 0.2.0: all checks pass
