  • ✓Datasheet: Panasonic "Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors Surface Mount Type FN series" catalog, footer date 01-Sep-25, downloaded 2026-10-27 from Panasonic Industry Europe (https://mediap.industry.panasonic.eu/assets/imported/industrial.panasonic.com/cdbs/www-data/pdf/RDE0000/RDE0000C1259.pdf). It is the file Panasonic Industry Americas lists for EEEFN0J151UR (api.pim.na.industrial.panasonic.com, "Panasonic EEE-FN Series Capacitors Datasheet", https://industrial.panasonic.com/cdbs/www-data/pdf/RDE0000/RDE0000C1259.pdf); industrial.panasonic.com itself does not answer from this container. Replaces the JLCPCB/LCSC copy
  • ✓Characteristics list (p.3): EEEFN0J151UR = 6.3 V, 150 uF +/-20%, size code C (5.0 x 5.8), ripple 160 mA rms, ESR 0.70 ohm, tan d 0.26, 1000 pcs/reel; series -55 to +105 C, 105 C 2000 h (p.1). The README distributor summary row says the same
  • ✓Polarity: the bottom-view drawing (p.1) marks the + terminal on the chamfered-corner side of the seat plate and the - terminal on the square side. The footprint (CP_Elec_5x5.8) draws its chamfered outline and the + mark on the pad 1 side (x < 0), and a section of the plain STEP just above the board shows the chamfered seat plate on the pad 1 side (plate half-width 1.70 at x = -2.65 vs 2.44 at x = +2.65). Pin 1 = pad 1 = +, pin 2 = pad 2 = -
  • ✓Pin names stay empty (two-terminal passive convention); pins 1 and 2 described from the p.1 drawing; types passive
  • •Symbol graphic is Device:C_Small (non-polarized, no + mark), carried over from the source board; pin 1 is + as above. A polarized symbol (C_Polarized_Small) would show the polarity on schematics
  • •Footprint (KiCad CP_Elec_5x5.8): pads at +/-2.2 mm, 3.0 x 1.6 mm, gap 1.4, outer span 7.4. Panasonic land for size code C (p.2): a (gap) 1.5, b (length) 2.8, c (width) 1.6: gap 0.1 narrower and land 0.2 longer, width equal. Pads cover the terminals (W 0.65+/-0.1 wide, I 2.2 long, P 1.5 apart, H 6.5 max., p.1)
  • ✓Plain STEP 6.5 x 5.3 x 5.8 mm against H 6.5 max. (terminal span), A = B 5.3 (seat plate), L 5.8+/-0.3 (height), D 5.0+/-0.5 (p.1); Z-up, seated on z = 0, centred on the pads. The models_3d records in page.json carry looser extents (6.985 x 6.828 x 5.8) than the STEP's own bounding box
  • ✓DigiKey 10-EEE-FN0J151URTR-ND (EEE-FN0J151UR, Panasonic Industry, from the 2026-10-27 search) added; Mouser 667-EEE-FN0J151UR kept (existing link names Panasonic Industry and this MPN)
  • ✓Symbol and footprint Datasheet properties point at the manufacturer datasheet URL
  • ✓Symbol Datasheet / MPN / Manufacturer / DigiKey / Mouser / LCSC properties agree with page.json; footprint Datasheet property points at the manufacturer datasheet URL
  • ✓component-page-verify: all checks pass

  • •Polarized aluminium electrolytic, but the source schematic uses the non-polarized Device:C_Small symbol. Pad 1 of the CP_Elec_5x5.8 footprint is the anode (+). Consider a polarized symbol.

  • ✓Footprint extracted pad-for-pad from the source board and normalized to the footprint frame (back-side parts un-mirrored)
  • ✓3D model seated z=0 at footprint origin (placement inverse; method centroid-matched to KiCad library models on 59 cases)
  • ✓adom-lbr generate + lint passed
  • ✓2 of 2 pins described
  • •Not yet checked by a person: land pattern vs datasheet, pin-1/orientation, 3D body vs drawing
