✓Datasheet: the page already carries Bourns' current CR Series datasheet (REV. 03/21 (legal disclaimer page K2540 05/26R); sha256 97eac911e95cfefa... matches https://bourns.com/docs/product-datasheets/cr.pdf re-downloaded 2026-10-27); edition and page count recorded
✓Part number decoded with 'How to Order' (p.5): CR = chip resistor; 0603 size; F = ±1%; X = ±100 ppm/°C; 4702 = 470 x 10^2 Ω = 47 kΩ (1%: three significant digits and a multiplier); E = paper tape, 5,000 pcs on 7-inch plastic reel (CR0603); LF = tin-plated (RoHS compliant)
✓Ratings for CR0603 (Electrical Characteristics, p.1): 1/10 W at 70 °C, max. working voltage 75 V, max. overload voltage 150 V, operating temperature -55 to +155 °C, ±1% TCR ±100 ppm/°C for 10 Ω ≤ R ≤ 1 MΩ, which covers 47 kΩ
✓Pins: unpolarized two-terminal part; pins 1 and 2 keep empty names, type passive and the library descriptions (the datasheet has no pin table; both terminations are identical, Product Dimensions p.2)
✓Footprint vs Product Dimensions (p.2) for CR0603 (L 1.60±0.10, W 0.80±0.10, bottom termination D 0.30±0.20, top C 0.30±0.20 mm): pads 0.80 x 0.95 mm at x = ±0.825 mm (inner edges ±0.425, outer ±1.225 mm) cover both terminations; pad width 0.95 mm exceeds the maximum body width 0.90 mm; pins 1/2 on the long axis
•Footprint vs Bourns' Recommended Pad Layout (p.2; CR0603: gap a 0.70 to 0.90, overall b 2.00 to 2.20, width c 0.80 to 1.00 mm): the KiCad pads give gap 0.85 and width 0.95 mm (both in range) and overall 2.45 mm, 0.25 mm longer than the recommended maximum; they cover the terminations and are kept as built on Adom boards
✓3D body 1.60 x 0.80 x 0.45 mm against CR0603 L 1.60±0.10, W 0.80±0.10, T 0.45±0.10 mm (p.2): nominal; Z-up, seated on z = 0, centred on the pads
✓Distributors: DigiKey CR0603-FX-4702ELFTR-ND and Mouser 652-CR0603FX-4702ELF kept; both looked up by part number on 2026-10-27 and return Bourns CR0603-FX-4702ELF (47 kΩ, 1%, 1/10 W, 0603). LCSC stays false with its existing note

SymbolFootprint3D modelPinsfor all variants

✓Footprint extracted pad-for-pad from the source board and normalized to the footprint frame (back-side parts un-mirrored)
✓3D model seated z=0 at footprint origin (placement inverse; method centroid-matched to KiCad library models on 59 cases)
✓adom-lbr generate + lint passed
✓2 of 2 pins described
