Add `adom/cc-defaults` to core's dependencies so the 30-day transcript prune fix actually propagates

Summary: adom/cc-defaults exists and is correct, but nothing installs it fleet-wide. Its own page claims it's "installed as a dependency of adom/org-bootstrap (so every Adom workspace gets it), kept current by the registry updater" — but that dependency edge does not exist in any manifest, so the fix never reaches containers.

Why this matters

Claude Code prunes chat transcripts older than cleanupPeriodDays (default 30 days) on startup. On long-lived Adom containers that silently deletes session history. adom/cc-defaults raises it to 3650 (~10 yr), merge-only/raise-only. The fix is fine — the propagation is broken.

Concrete impact: a live container was found with cleanupPeriodDays unset (still on the 30-day prune) and cc-defaults not installed — it had to be installed by hand. By the same logic this is a fleet-wide gap.

Why `core`, not `org-bootstrap`

The propagation vehicle on containers is the adom-core-update cron, which runs adom-wiki pkg install adom/core every 30 min. It pulls core, not org-bootstrap — org-bootstrap isn't installed by the updater at all. So the only reliable edge is adom/core → adom/cc-defaults.

Proposed fix

Add one line to core's dependencies:

"adom/cc-defaults": "^0.1.0"

then republish core. cc-defaults is idempotent and merge-only, so it's safe to run on every install/update.

(Separately, the misleading "installed as a dependency of org-bootstrap" claim on the cc-defaults page should be corrected — happy to do that.)
