The export was checked against the board itself: Gerbers for both copper layers, a drill file with 72 holes, a 14-line bill of materials and placement for 33 parts. One budget moved on the way: the switch-node length went from 12 to 24 mm during routing, and it stays on the record. Length 34 s.++## Revision 2++Argon applied its own review in a new aiflow run: the circuit is proven before any copper is placed.++## Clip 14: rev 2 proves its circuit first++::adom-video{src="/adom/antigravity/render/first-ai-pcb/videos/clip14.video.json"}++Argon read Samsung's measured DC-bias curves: the 22 µF / 10 V output capacitors keep only 29 % at 5 V (6.4 µF each), so it added a fourth (25.6 µF effective) and cut the feedforward capacitor from 68 to 47 pF, keeping the loop crossover at 36 kHz, under TI's 40 kHz limit with 94° of phase margin. The inductor question was resolved from TI's own guidance: 15 µH is TI's recommended value for 5 V out on this part. A damped 47 µF / 35 V electrolytic now sits on the input: in simulation, a 16 V hot-plug through 1 µH of leads that rang to 31.2 V without it peaks at 17.4 V. Start-up takes 4.6 ms and a 0.5 to 1 A load step dips 83 mV (limit 150 mV), matching TI's reference model within about 10 %. Length 32 s.
