Republish with adom/adom-bridge@^2.0.0 pin (rename sweep, adom-bridge#85)

Rename-migration tracking note (adom-bridge#85): this package still pins the RETIRED adom/adom-desktop in its dependencies, which blocks the retired package's uninstall on every container that installs it. Drew has volunteered to republish with adom/adom-bridge@^2.0.0 (dependency rename only, no code change) - this issue is the per-package breadcrumb so the sweep is trackable. Close on republish.

Republished 2.3.1 with the pin renamed to adom/adom-bridge@^2.0.0 (dependency change only, no code change), per the sweep. Verified the retired adom/adom-desktop pin is gone from the published manifest.
