Correct the private-ping guidance: a SELF-DM (agent pinging its own user) only resolves after the user has opened 'message yourself' once; document the exact failure string + fallbacks (gmail send to self, one-time Chat activation, private webhook space). A failed private send is never a reason to post to a team space.
