workspace export: a --name flag for the exported workspace (today the name is whatever the file already had)

John's ask, routed from the Hydrogen shared-workspaces check (2026-09-14). adom-cli hydrogen workspace export takes only --out (0.7.4). Add --name <text> so Save as project workspace can set the bench's human name in one step; without it the exported file keeps the previous name or the live layout's default, and the author edits JSON to rename. Expected: --name writes name in the exported workspace.json and the Hydrogen Save as project workspace dialog passes what the user typed.

Shipped in adom-cli 0.7.6 (GH v0.7.6, wiki package 4.3.6): adom-cli hydrogen workspace export --name <text> writes name in the exported workspace.json, so Save as project workspace can pass what the user typed in one step.

Precedence when --name is absent: the name the file at --out already carries is kept (a re-export never silently renames the author's bench), else the live layout's name, else "workspace". A blank --name falls through the same way. The JSON output now reports name and name_source inside data (--name | existing file | live layout) so the dialog can show where the name came from.

Verified live: --name "DC00 Test Cell" wrote it; a re-export without the flag kept it; --name "Renamed Bench" replaced it; a fresh file with no flag took the live layout's name.
