install.sh never installs the adom-chipsmith binary (it is in the tarball)

Same failure shape as adom/adom-step: pkg install succeeds, install.sh copies skills only, the adom-chipsmith binary at the tarball root is never installed, so the CLI is missing on a fresh container. Fix: install -m 0755 "$PKG_DIR/adom-chipsmith" "$HOME/.local/bin/adom-chipsmith". Found by chip-fetcher doctor; chip-fetcher 1.3.7 self-heals from the payload meanwhile.
