  • ✓Datasheet: replaced the DigiKey-hosted copy (mm.digikey.com, dated 2021-05-19 V1) with the PDF from dinkle.com's own 2EHDRM-XXP product page (outpagepdf.php?dpid=333, 3 pages, header 'Date:2026-10-28 Version:V1'); the PDF is generated on each download, so its sha256 changes per fetch
  • ✓README catalog line updated to the current sheet with citations: IEC 630 V / 18 A; UL and CUL 300 V / 20 A Group B and 300 V / 10 A Group D; -40 to 120 C [datasheet p.2] (the 2021-05-19 sheet's UL 300 V / 15 A is noted as superseded)
  • •Contacts: Dinkle prints no position numbering; positions 1-8 numbered along the footprint row (single row, unpolarized pin field). Names 1-8 kept; types unspecified -> passive (connector contacts); descriptions rewritten from the drawing (p.3)
  • ✓Footprint vs Dinkle PCB layout (p.3): 8 pins at 5.08 mm pitch (x 0..35.56), drill 1.7 within the 1.6-1.7 mm hole for 1.0 x 1.0 mm pins, 3.0 mm pads; flange holes 2.40 mm NPTH at 5.08 mm beyond each end pin (x -5.08 / 40.64) and 2.51 mm from the pin row (4.26 - 1.75 from the housing back edge), as drawn
  • ✓3D model rebuilt (tier 3): the previous model, extracted from a board STEP, carried no licence. Tier 1: Dinkle's CAD sits on its PARTcommunity portal (HTTP 403, account required). Tier 2: KiCad has no Dinkle model; the same-form Phoenix MSTB 2,5/8-GF-5,08 threaded-flange model is 8.60 tall with the pin row 2.00 from the back (Dinkle 8.47 / 1.75). Hand-built in CadQuery from the p.3 drawing, CC-BY-SA-4.0
  • ✓3D body vs p.1/p.3: 50.80 x 12.00 x 8.47 mm above the board (5.08 x 7 + 15.24, 12.00, 8.47), eight 1.00 mm square pins at 5.08 pitch, 7.62 from each end, 1.75 from the back edge, 4.00 below the board; flange threaded holes at 5.08 beyond the end pins; front and side views overlaid on Dinkle's drawing at its scale (docs/proof/2ehdrm-08p-3d-vs-drawing.png)
  • •Approximations, stated in provenance: cavity, latch notches, chamfer, flange bore and pin bend height measured off the raster drawing (+/-0.1 mm); cavity depth 8.0, bore depth 4.0 and pin length into the cavity are not shown and were chosen; nothing modelled under the flanges (the drawing shows none; the footprint keeps Dinkle's 2.40 mm holes)
  • ✓Pose: through-hole, board top on z = 0, pins 4.00 below, pin 1 on pad 1, footprint binding identity (step_pose.py PASS); GLB from step2glb 0.13.2 with PBR materials. No etched variant yet (the page never had one; the etch service answered 502 during this fix)
  • ✓DigiKey 2861-2EHDRM-08P-ND confirmed by search (Dinkle, 2EHDRM-08P); Mouser does not carry it
  • ✓Symbol Datasheet / MPN / Manufacturer / DigiKey / Mouser / LCSC properties agree with page.json; footprint Datasheet property points at the manufacturer datasheet URL
  • ✓component-page-verify 0.2.0: all checks pass; adom-lbr validate OK

  • ✓Footprint extracted pad-for-pad from the source board and normalized to the footprint frame (back-side parts un-mirrored)
  • ✓3D model seated z=0 at footprint origin (placement inverse; method centroid-matched to KiCad library models on 59 cases)
  • ✓adom-lbr generate + lint passed
  • ✓8 of 8 pins described
  • •Not yet checked by a person: land pattern vs datasheet, pin-1/orientation, 3D body vs drawing
