  • ✓Datasheet: TE customer drawing C-1445098 rev C (12 Dec 2025, ECN-25-359104), 2 sheets, re-downloaded from te.com 2026-10-27, byte-identical to the page copy (sha256 86b030c7...).
  • ✓BOM: NTX_CCX-MIO_Carrier_v1.1 J13 is "TE: 2-1445098-3" (BOM, schematic and board value), the same MPN as the page: the page is the intended part.
  • ✓Pins 1-3: names are the contact numbers (the drawing has no signal names), all passive. Circuit 1 = right-hand cavity seen from the mating face (sheet 1 CIRCUIT NUMBER 1); 2 and 3 follow in order. Descriptions rewritten with the cavity keying from sheet 2.
  • ✓Footprint rebuilt from sheet 2 PCB LAYOUT FOR 3 POSITION: contacts at 3.00 pitch (6.00 span), drill 1.12 (middle of the 1.02 +0.20/-0 finished-hole band), pads 1.80; holddown hole 3.00 +-0.08 NPTH centred on contact 2, 4.32 from the row on the mating-face side; overlay of the drills on the layout coincides (provenance/evidence/overlay_sheet2_pcb_layout.png). Old footprint was a 2.54 mm vertical socket (pins 2 and 3 0.46 and 0.92 mm off, drill 1.00, no holddown hole).
  • ✓Pin 1 orientation: third-angle projection (title-block symbol); in the top view circuit 1 is on the right with the mating face toward the viewer, so with the mating face toward -y pad 1 is at x = -3.00. Silk triangle and F.Fab chevron mark pad 1; courtyard 0.5 mm round the body (latches +-6.57, face -8.92, contact bend +0.94).
  • ✓3D rebuilt (tier 3, cadquery, CC-BY-SA-4.0) from the drawing: 13.14 x 9.86 x 9.18 mm; DIM W 13.14 +-0.39, DIM Y 10.00, 3.86 + 0.51 housing, 1.30 latch, (8.92) face, (7.88) holddown tip, DIM X 3.30 +-0.15 barbs; overlays on the sheet 1 side view and sheet 2 3 POS view coincide. TE STEP rejected: te.com terms forbid redistribution. KiCad has no Micro MATE-N-LOK model.
  • •Undimensioned detail measured off the drawing at 47.24 px/mm; cavity depth (6.0) and mating-pin tip position are cosmetic assumptions (not shown on the drawing), recorded in provenance/3d-model.json.
  • ✓step_pose.py: plain and etched STEP PASS (Z-up, seated, THT tails and peg below, identity binding); body 3.99 mm off the pad-pattern centre by design (right-angle overhang), courtyard centred on the body, contacts in all 3 holes.
  • •Symbol Footprint property changed from Connector_PinSocket_2.54mm:PinSocket_1x03_P2.54mm_Vertical to 2-1445098-3:2-1445098-3 (the page footprint).
  • ✓Distributors: DigiKey A34859-ND (TE Connectivity AMP Connectors 2-1445098-3, CONN HEADER R/A 3POS 3MM) and Mouser 571-2-1445098-3 (TE Connectivity / AMP 2-1445098-3) confirmed by search 2026-10-27.
  • •Board affected: NTX_CCX-MIO_Carrier_v1.1 J13 uses Connector_PinSocket_2.54mm:PinSocket_1x03_P2.54mm_Vertical (2.54 pitch, drill 1.00, no holddown hole), so the part cannot be fitted there; the board is Caleb's to change.
  • ✓Symbol Datasheet / MPN / Manufacturer / DigiKey / Mouser / LCSC properties agree with page.json; footprint Datasheet property points at the manufacturer datasheet URL
  • ✓component-page-verify: all checks pass

  • •Board uses a generic KiCad pin-header footprint and model, not a Micro MATE-N-LOK land pattern (3.0 mm pitch, right angle, hold-downs). Footprint and 3D need checking against the TE drawing before use.

SymbolFootprint3D modelPinsfor all variants
  • ✓Footprint extracted pad-for-pad from the source board and normalized to the footprint frame (back-side parts un-mirrored)
  • ✓3D model seated z=0 at footprint origin (placement inverse; method centroid-matched to KiCad library models on 59 cases)
  • ✓adom-lbr generate + lint passed
  • ✓3 of 3 pins described
  • •Not yet checked by a person: land pattern vs datasheet, pin-1/orientation, 3D body vs drawing
